I have a basic understanding and a developing knowledge in Information Technology and a strong interest in keeping up with the latest tech trends. I'm eager to use my skills to solve real-world problems. My classes and extracurricular activities have given me the technical know-how, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork experience needed in the IT field. I love learning and I am excited to help with exciting IT projects.
Side
As a Starbucks Barista, I became skilled in making great coffee and offering excellent customer service. I mastered the art of espresso preparation, coffee brewing, and milk frothing, ensuring each drink met Starbucks' high quality standards. My role also required me to engage with customers, take and process orders efficiently, and provide a welcoming atmosphere. I developed strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quick service during peak hours.
Furthermore, I played an active role in keeping the workspace clean and organized, while following strict food safety and hygiene guidelines. My time as a Starbucks Barista not only improved my coffee-making skills but also boosted my customer service and teamwork capabilities.
